It is a pair (2) springs. They are to be used with ground control sleeves or a set of aftermarket coilovers, Zeal, Buddy Club..... 400lbs is a decent front spring rate when combined with a higer rear rate of 450-600. They are not a set of "lowering springs".

I ran them on the front of my ITR. Though I did use them with a set of Zeal dampers. You will need a coilover package to run these. What is your setup?

 

i've got kyb agx's and gc sleeves and 350# on the front right now.

Then you should have no problem with the springs. What are you rear rates?
