Default DOHC ZC Code 4

as i said a DOHC zc active cel 4, will start and run but will not rev past 3200 RPM (Sounds like its hitting a rev limiter). Using a funky distributer (JDM) that does not use the sensor on the exhaust cam (supposted to be inside dist). Anybody run up on this motor/dist combination? Wiring? Sensors in the dist check fine. Running a 90 SI ECU in 90 SI Civic. Where do I start?

So your saying that there is no sensor on the exhaust cam in front of the distributer? Thats where the two wires (blue/yellow, blue/green) should be. Can you post a pic of it?

Sorry no digital camera. But yes, it does not have the sensor on the end of the exhaust cam. It appears that it is in the distributer. It runs just not well and cannot rev past 3000-3200 RPM.

Does the distributer plug have those two wires on it?
