Default EL cluster harness

Quick question.... in this pic I see the gauge cluster and the inverter box... the wiring harness is not present, correct? How long is this wiring harness and what all connects to it? Trying to make sure the wiring harness needed gets shipped with the rest of it so I don't have to hardwire it if possible.

OK guys... I just did the swap not too long ago... Granted I put the vtec EL gauges in and now My motor blows and the vtec gauges are now going to be useful and not rice(or any version of it)... I just ran down stairs to take a pic of the now and this is an old pic of my car... Notice the reason I took the pic of the old one... Its obvious and I had to work to stay on the road and get the pic! anyways, heres before and after... Oh, the after are a bit dark as I had to cover the flash to get the bets and most obvious results... The whole gauges glows the same regardless of the pic showing the sides being darker...

ok, my problem is when i turn on the car both of the turn signal lights are on. when i use the turn signal it flashes like normal but i don't think they should be on all the time. After driving the car for a few minutes the signal lights turn off and when i hit the turn signal it makes the indicator lights flash as if i had the hazards turned on. And when i try to turn on the hazards the indicator lights don't flash at all, but the signals and hazards function normally on the outside of the vehicle.

Could it be a problem with the cluster itself?

I have no other problems with the cluster, the dimmer, cruse control, and sunroof buttons all work. I used the wiring harness and cluster from a 95 vtec.

I checked the harness and there looks like the second power wire that has been reconnected, is there something else that i didn't get?
