what dino oil would u use in your teg with over 90,xxx miles...?

I still use the same stuff I always did - Castrol GTX 5w-30.
115k miles.
Used it in a Saab 900 for 220k miles, too; that car wanted 10w-30.

Previous owner used GTX for the first 90K miles. I switched to Mobil1 synthetic with no problems. At ~120K I switched to Valvoline Max Life, still no problems. I can't get the Mobil1 for as cheap as I used to, which is why I switched again.
