What you have is a rare 2nd gen GSR. Not too many of them around so I would keep mods simple and keep it at factory as much as possible (e.g. no crazy paint schemes, space ship style body kits). IMO, I would just do bolt ons.

I would just get an intake. I am not sure what your options are in intakes but that's what I would do first. Headers and exhaust did very little for my GSR except made it noisy and annoying so I just kept the intake and went back to my stock headers and exhaust.

1. Intake.
2. Shift **** and pedals.
3. CD player since the factory radios on those have no CD but tape player.

Another thing, since you stated that your wallet is hurt, DONT GET CHEAP PARTS. You will regret it. Dont go to ebay and buy those piece of **** $40 intake. Or those $10 dollar "will look like ****" after a month pedal covers or those $15 too shiny to be carbon fiber, fake carbon fiber shift ***** from PEP boys or those $19 tin can strut tower bar from ebay. You will just end up replacing them soon.

What I'm doing right now is just bolt-ons, intake, header, exhaust. Our cars may be rare, but almost anything made for the B18C and B16A engines will work on your B17A engine as well. I'm not sure what the best exhaust is for this car, but I'm getting a Tanabe Racing Medallion this week. I'll let you know how if feels and sounds when I get the damn thing (having a hard time contacting the seller).
