I personally like the ST bar. (Rear only). For autocross you only want to upgrade the rear bar. You may actually want to remove the front bar all together for autocross.

Progress group also makes a good rear sway bar but I don't think its adjustable like the ST bar.

As for your springs, I don't think you have the right ratings. Maybe you mean 14kg/mm in the front and 10kg/mm in the rear. If so, swap the springs from end to end any you will have a nice autocross setup.

actually, you don't want to remove the front bar all together.. it's not a good idea as this can cause more problems with the front diving into corners..

check out addco.. i'll be putting one on my car soon, i have it i just need to get my exhaust re-welded. (aftermarket exhaust welded wrong) it's big, and pretty cheap..

the st bars adjustability makes it the better choice, although i dont like it. i dont like the way the kit comes together. some of us are having problems with the endlinks ovalizing where the bolts go through (sphrical ends.) if u plan to go to circut as well as autox, this st bar is the way to go tho. u can dial out some overstear with it by going to a softer setting. as for spring rates, if you are gonna be on street tires (sts) i think anything over 400 is a bit much. im gonna be testing this theory when i test some coiloers for a tawinase company that has 12k/7k.

thanks for the repleys

why would i want a heavier spring rate on the front and less on the rear ?
wouldnt i want the front heavier coz of the motor weight and dipping when braking ?

You don't want heavier in the front. I was just trying to clarify what you already have. You stated your spring rates in PSI and I think you mean kg/mm
