Default H23 and H22 Fuel Pump's the same?

Are the H22 and H23 fuel pumps the same, as in flow the same? I know the H22 is good for about 100hp over stock, so is the h23's good for ~140 more hp, or is it a smaller pump?

According to Helms they're the same (the same flow ratio).

i'd like to know so if i replace the fuel pump in mine (i think its going bad) i have the option of going to the junkyard (that my neighbor is part owner of) and get a h23 one for free, if they are the same

Thanks man, that helps a lot. Too bad it doesn't list the flow rate for each pump, though; i hate guessing!
