since the 4th gen covers 92-96, does this mean the engine wiring harness for any of those years would work in my engine?

 

i guess that would depend on what year your engine is now wouldn't it

 

FYI: 96 is OBD II

well as stated before, it depends on your engine and your car. If you have a f22.h23. or h22 then you should be able to make it work, but if you have a chevy 350 big block it wont work. WE need more details

 

I'm not sure what the question is, but the 96 has a few differences. I think the distributor is different, and the map sensor is on the TB, not the firewall. Might be a few other things. Any 4g harness will be close, but you will probably have to work with it some if it's not a 96 harness. hint: do this with the engine out of the car...

 

lol! i guess my engine is something stupid to leave out! i have a 94 jdm h22a. will the wiring harness from any 92-96 still work? some of you said the 96 is different, what about the others?
