Thanks Guys. I thought someone out there might know him. I spoke with him on the phone many timesand he seemed like a trustworthy guy. I sent him $2350.00 for a front clip, seats and gauge cluster from a 2000 SI. He supposedly works for a shop in the Richmond VA area. I know this because he told me he would hook me up with some parts. He is supposed to be shipping the engine from California where his cousin has it. I have already filed a Mail Fraud case against him. But if anybody knows him and where I can reach him, I would like to know. Thanks again for your Help. He might not be a scammer but right now I dont know.

Did he say that he had a blue prelude?? And that he worked at a tuning shop in Richmond?? If so i dealt with this guy about two years ago. He had prices that seemmed great. I did a little background check cause he seemed shady didnt get my motor from him needles to say. Sorry man that really sucks.
where are the H-T guys in VA with brass *****? REGULATORS mound up! if i was out in VA id go to his house and check him up for you... this is a nation wide board.. someone should be out there with some *****... and willing to help. no?
i never asked him what he drove. But he did say he worked at a shop but I am not sure if it was a tuning shop. If you know the name of the shop or have any information regarding this guy you were dealing with please let me know. I will call and check him out. Thanks.

when the price seems too good to be true .. IT IS.
if you were getting 2000 Si front clip seats and cluster for 2350 shipped.
it was either stolen or vaporware.
Good luck catching him. Remember Virginia is SUPER strict on Internet fraud.
Contact his local police department.
Why would you pay first? why not use paypal .. or escrow.

It doesnt seem like it is to good to be true. It seemed like a good deal but other swaps were going for almost the same price. I seem to trust people to much. I dont automatically think someone is trying to scam me. I have bought alot of stuff off of Honda-tech and Clubsi. All of these transactions have gone smooth. I was in contact with him and even received an invoice. Most scammers wont take that kind of time, so I thought he was legit. I even asked if it had papers because I was not going to buy a stolen engine. Its my fault for doing something else. But I did not post this to be flamed about what I should have done. I posted this because I thought someone out there in Honda-Tech land might know this guy. It might not be a scam maybe my engine is lost or there is some other logical reason why I have not received it. This is why I need to get in touch with this guy.
Your in West Virginia right? Why don't you and some friends drive to Virginia and pay this guy a little visit. Try to get your money back face to face that may work better then by bitching by email. If that don't work take his *** to court. As long as you have all the paper work and reciepts you will win.
This guy finally called me back after multiple emails and me threatening to call the cops. He swears he sent the engine and has no idea why i have not received it. He is going to call the shipping company and find out what is going on. We'll see. But this is his last chance and I am going to ask to see some proof. I will keep you guys informed.

that fucken sucks ***, damn!!!
