yea i was just wondering like is there a break in period for brand new Tein super sports. If so what do i have to do. Some people tell me that i should lower it a lil bit first and ride on it for a couple months and then if i want to lower it more to lower it more.

Second quesion. i was also wondring fields makes a Vtec Controler right. Is the SFC Simple Fuel Controller the same thing. If not what is the one that i need?

you pretty much just answered your own question don't ya think, if an SFC is a Simple Fuel Controller, then, my guess it that is al na SFC does, is simply control fuel, i've never used one myself, but with a anme like that, i mean, it seems self explanatory now doesn't it
