its dumped!! thats why i bought the helper springs to give me a height advantage and they do work pretty well. with them you can raise the car about 2" above the top of the tire, and you can drop a long ways.. no matter how low the ride is still gooood.

Just FYI, they will fit eg's and integras WITH a set of rear lower control arms. Bump for a nice set up

I got a question about these. You said that you put zeal springs on but you can clearly see that there are spoon springs on there. So what are they?
