96 Accord SRS light
i ran a search and i found a thread about how to reset the DTC memory,...but it was for resetting a DTC for a 00 accord,...my question is will this work for a 96 accord also,...and my friend is the one with this accord,...he will not be putting airbags back into the car because he is gonna sell the car (he will notify the buyer that it does not have airbags),...he is just buying new airbag covers,..can i reset the memory and turn off the light without replacing the airbag??? any help will be appreciated,..TIA

No, the light will stay on without airbags in it.
