I was just wondering to anyone that knows is what to set the timing of your AEM cam gears on my Integera. i have a B18 non v-tec my mods are header, cold air, full exaust no cat, aem pulleys, ngk sparks, spark wires, aem cam gears, soon to be AEM feul rail. thanks

 

No one can tell you. If you want gains, you gotta dyno tune.

You need to get on a dyno and find the best place to put them at for YOUR motor.

set them at 0,0 then go put the car on a dyno to see what would be the best settings.

 

what use is cam gears if theres no shafts to it???? always wondering bout that, is it just only for cosmetics???
