I had a dumb *** mechanic change my cv joints and as a result of that my car no longer runs , here is the details : this guy ( mechaninc of 30 years or more ) goes and puts drive shafts from an 89 on my 90 teggy ! as they are a couple millimiters to short , they came out of their housings as I was driving and turning at the same time ....the damn shaft tore a whole in my transmission housing ...so now I need a new transmission . LONG STORY SHORT ! I don't have the money for a new car and barely the money to get a new trany so I am asking if anyone is intrested to buy parts off this car ...I need not mention that the engine is spotless...1.8 DOHC , with abbt 110000 on it ...I am currently in new york and the car is at my college in Detroit ...I obviously rack up more then 1000 miles every time I come home on the highway so alot of those miles are highway ....anyways I have a picture of the car if any one cares to see it .....it has a 500 dollar carbon fiber hood ...1 piece black housing projector headlights 400 dollar units , carbon fiber mirrors with turn signals , and ground control coil overs ...anyways ...I AM ASKING THIS ! should I dump 1200 dollars and get my baby back on the road or should I just start parting this car for used parts ? NOTE the mirrors in this picture are the old ones I'll post up a pic if some one can tell me how

 

what kind of exhaust does it have on it and it is 4 sale ????
