difference between stock 91 civic Si and 99 b16 si
hey i heard something about a new 1991 Civic si stock was only like .3 seconds off a 1999 Civic Si (SiR) in the 1/4 mile. is that true?

No. A stock ED7 Civic Si should run somewhere in the mid-16s. The EM1 Civic Si should run mid-high 15s. The EH3 Civic Si is slower than both.
It doesn't really matter, they're all slow. Times are dependent upon the skill of the driver.
