Default Instrument CLuster

on my 94 accord the instrument cluster dont work. am buying another one, that have 101k on it my current one has 135k wont this effect the emission and will count as a audometer fraud, or there is a way to change the 101 to 135?

since the milage is NOT stored in the ECU you will have to make note of when the ODO was changed. If you have a shop do it they usually place a sticker on the door stating at what milage it was changed to and what the milage the new ODO read when it was installed.
