And H&R springs good for a 4th gen prelude , i can get the used but in good condition for $150 canadia , is it worth the money ?

What kind of impact are they going to have over stock springs.

I need these to lower my car for Konig 18" rims

What kind of shocks should i get for these springs

Most importantly is the ride harsh cause i hate it when it feels like i'm driving on blocks

Why would u recomand coilovers ? Whats the difference between shocks springs and Coilover+shocks+springs?

H&Rs and KYB AGX's are a good combination. If you want coilovers (which I highly reccomend) go with Ground Controls.
