will type r intake amnifold fit a 95 gsr?
Correct.
You have to modify the ITR manifold to fit the GSR. The Skunk Manifold is basically very similar to the ITR manifold, but designed to fit a GSR.
I have a Skunk Manifold and few other items and they seem to work well
The advantage of the Skunk or ITR manifold is that they are single plane manifolds, they do not have the secondary butterflies like the dual stage GSR manifold. The cost is prob a slight loss on the low-end, with gains in the middle and uptop. If you have big cams and or headwork, it should help quite a but. Not sure if it would help that much on a mildly modded GSR.
As for the loss on the low-end, my car seems to have PLENTY, but I haven't even felt the rpms above 5k yet
I do have an ITR tranny with JDM FD though...
