white stain...won't go away.
Hey Guys,
I just found a white stain on my car which isn't coming off, and it's bugging me.
I have an integra gsr, and on the plastic well between the front windshield, and the hood, there is this white mark which won't come off. Any ideas on what to use? I tried alcohol and water with no luck. Do you think the dealer would be able to replace the whole thing? Thanks for any help.

Are you talking about the black plastic cowl, that sits under your wipers? You can try "back to black," or order a new one from the dealer if you're really bothered by it.
