Default Best way to run B18c in 90 CRX HF

What would be the best way to run a B18c in a 90 CRX HF. I already have the swap(96 b18c) and was wondering if the ZDYNE One wire Conversion was good, or is it better to buy a OBD0 to OBD1 conversion harness and a chipped P28 ECU?
Just wondering what others have and how well they like it. Thanks

Don't know if this helped, but my friend had an aftermarket C5 header on his REX and he was lowered 3'' on a full coilover setup and he had PLENTY of clearance!
