Presenting your 2nd place Prelude!!!!!
Had a great time in CO Springs this weekend. On Saturday did a auto-x driving school, basically got more seat time, and learned a few things. Sunday the big event, this was the first time that I used the slips and azenis and OMG. Haven't seen the offical results but my brother called me a said I got 2nd in STS, oh and STS has about 30 punks in it (no offense). The fun part of the day was hitting a cone on the slalom; screaming ****!!! having the passanger look like
then go ***** out to the finish, and getting a battle scar on the lip
I did clean that up the 3rd run though.
Like the Texas plate

Hey, what pressures were you at?
Car's looking good man, but my heap is nowhere near as handsome (mine's all ragged and haggered, no lip, no nothing.)

Congrats Ry.
You are runnig 215/45/16 azenis right??
I have been running 45 up front 40 in the rear, haven't had too much time to experiment though...I've been lowering the rears depending on the surface to get the lude to rotate a lil more...
Let the picture whoring begin
D who also took 2nd place in SM.

Yeah, I'm one of those "punks" in STS. We're having a hell of a time keeping up with him. I could have done a lot better than I did, but I still don't think I could have kept up with Ryan. I say we impose a 2.0L displacement maximum for STS!
Good job, Ryan.
Good job, Ryan.
1st, congrats on the 2nd
I may start auto-xing this year. Hopefully onto the track after that.

Do you change the tire pressure for the street? Or is that pressure just for your auto-x runs? I just got the same tires for my 94, 215/45/16's.

As for the pressure. The course was unusually long 86.xxx second is relitively long so I did see a larger than expected increase in pressure after the runs. I had a lot of under steer on the first two run, I relieved some pressure to fix that. But my cold pressure was 42 rear, and 44 front I believe these are really high so I have a lot of test and tuning to do.
