Default Anyone have the 88-91 Sir (EF8/9) Gauge Cluster in their EF?

I want to know if this goes right on with my 91 hatch, or will I have to do little things here and there?

you gotta wire those jdm cluster to make em fit
i would just get an si cluster unless you are wire inclined and know what to do

damn that looks so complicated... I think i'll pay someone to do it for me. haha. Only reason why i want a jdm cluster is cause of the 9.5k tach. I dont want one of those big tachs on the side.

not as bad as it looks. I didnt like the aftermarket big *** tach too so I wired an SiR cluster myself. Just transfer one wire at a time, using an ecu pin tool or a paper clip to take each wire out so you dont have to solder. Although you need to extend a couple of wires and those are the only ones that you may have to splice...

So most of the wires are the same color? And i'll only have to extend a few wires?

haha, I know...but tank empties out at half tank, hehe (jk). The jdm cluster stays at full too for a while and it goes down quick after a couple of hundred kms. I usually fill up between 450-500 kms, to be sure and I always have at least 2 gallons left, except when I'm driving my car hard and its empty at 400 kms..
