WTB car in MD/DC/VA for around 4000
i need a car to get to college and stuff now....my only requirements are that
1.car passes MD inspection before purchace
2. compression test done
3. clean title
4.timingbelt changed
i was mainly looking to stick with hondas so the cost of repair will be down. i wanted a 93-95 civic ex coupe or 92+hatch...also a DC2
