Depends on what you're looking for. I myself don't think that a stock B16 needs all bolt-ons in stock form. I've got a Thermal exhaust on mine with a modified airbox and drop-in K&N, and a CTR pulley. It pulls super hard for a stock B16.

You planning on building the internals?

well i would like to run 14s or faster if possible on good street tyres.
and i dont want to spend too much money.
may be just $1500.
now i have b16a, lsd , 4-2-1 header, drop in filter, spoon chip, high flow cat .

turboooo
if yure going to keep the b16!

/i am running a b16 with cams and i/h/e. its not fast enough. im getting a b20 bottom end, but if u got the cash go turbo.

IMO before i did motor mods i would do suspension. the energy master kit is the best mod ive done to my car.

hmm...quartermile...i say nitrous...it'll get you into the 13's...but if you want more usable power, go with cams and pistons...should be a good start towards 14's...in fact, most ef's can do 14's with b16's already. just use some money to get some street slicks, a good clutch, and strip your interior...that should be enough for 14's with your setup. if you still want to run street tires, i say get some REALLY sticky tires...which ones? i dunno, everyone has his/her own opinion, do a search on best tires or something

i'm sorry...but save for turbo, or go na...but never go jrsc. i'm sorry, but i've really grown to hate the jrsc (roots style), and the vortech (centrifugul) even more.
