I thought I'd update this since I've done some stuff to the car since then.

1999 Supersonic Blue Pearl GS-R
For those that don't know the specs:
-B18C1 Engine, 3 door Hatchback, Leather seats, 5 speed manual
29500 Miles with better than 60% being interstate miles.
Just had 30000 mile service.
Very Good condition and Clean: 3 year old car with normal wear.

Options:
- Keyless entry/Alarm w/immobilizer and siren
- Mud Guards
- Floor mats
- 7 year/100,000 mile warrenty (forced on me by the original finance company)
- Helm 1998 Integra Manual, 1999 Supplement, and Haynes Integra/Civic book
No modifications ever performed except:
- OEM Integra Type R Resonator Tube (cold air from fender in stock system)
- Custom made K&N RU-3130 air filter.
- A full set of Levoc Sport Aluminum Pedal Covers.
- Michelin SX GT 195/55 VR15 tires with less than 4K miles on them.

I'm getting the car detailed and got the 30000 mile service done.

I didn't get it done at the dealer though since I don't trust Acura dealerships. My wife drove the car up to Greenville SC to take it to the best Honda mechanic I know of.
He looked it over with a fine tooth comb and told my wife that the car was in fantastic shape and I was actually asking lower than it's worth. For those of you who thought the price was lower the last time you looked, it was, but I have only bumped up the price to cover the service and detailing the car. Both of which weren't included in the earlier price.
