I was just helping you out a lil, you don`t want the help...? fine, **** it, than that`s the way it goes for you. I won`t bother to dignify your questions anymore.

You don`t recieve replies because you ask vague questions and you get vague answers. You`re on your own.

Good luck

I wanted the same time in my 1993 Civic EX coupe. It will take more than a swap to get the numbers you want. It will take a swap plus a turbo kit.

Talk about taking it in the *** when it comes to getting low times in the 1/4.

na i think it can be done all motor. Thats why im wondering if 250 will do it. I figure a 84 mm b18c1 with a nice intake manifold throttle body and some head work with i/h/e could probably come close. I have a turbo b18c that is almost done but i was wondering what it will take to get my brothers to run 13. Besides if 300 will get a heavy *** coupe in to 12s what does it take to get a stock civic coupe into the 13.5s.

i had a 99 EK,, which some may think is lighter than a 92-95 coupe,,, WRONG. Its actually around 100lbs heavier than an Ex coupe! I ran 13.8 on motor, and 12.97 on juicey juice, MOds: USDM GSR, open diff GSR trans, Skunk2 mani, dc 421 header, injen short ram, MSD plug wires, tanabe racing medalion catback,no cat, VAFC tuned with a 50$ cyberdyne A/f gauge(dont buy a guess-O-meter((autometer)), jun 8lb flywheel, act 6 puck clutch, running it on a OBD2 to OBD1 skunk2 harness with OBD1 gsr ECU. that car screamed, keep in mind this was in wisconsin prolly 75*, and i can drive really well, all times were on slicks with 1.9 60" times launching at 3600 RPMS.
iknow that car wasnt a coupe, but like i stated above, my EK was 100LBS heavier than an EX coupe, buy what i had, drive like me,and you should be faster.
hence, your 13.5 run with WAY less than 250HP at the wheels. For the record there was no BS in what i just posted, i have slips and videos, so if you wanna try to flame me,,, your the real FLAMER!

Nice setup, but whatmakes you think that this is better than the Autometer gauge? You're still using the stick o2 sensor.

Do you know of anyone that has succefully tuned or came even close to tuning a car with a shitometer A/f gauge? i dont, that thing is the biggest joke in the world. The cyberdyne still isnt no where as great as a wide band granted, but it actually is excellent for the best bang for your buck. I tuned off of it like i was on a dyno, The poormans way,,, rip4th gear on the highway, see where she is running at X RPMS and tune it in on the VAFC accordingly, i felt a very noticeable difference after tuning it. The shitometer doesnt hold a steady reading by any means, virtually impossible to tune off of, i tried, trust me...

EDIT!!
im in the process of building my daily driver. 92 coupe DX, USDM GSR, LSD, JUN knock off 4-1 header, aem shorty ram, skunk2 mani, VAFC, cyberdyne a/f, ACT 6 puck clutch, tanabe exhuast, maybe ITR cams, and a 80 shot direct port! ILL save this thread and post when i get that sucker opperable and with 1/4 mi times!!!!
