boring out b16a throttle body

boring out b16a throttle body

Ok can i bore out my b16 throttle body? My friends said it looks to thin to get it bored out? If i can, how much can i get it up to? Is 62-64mm too much? Do i have to port and match my IM? Thanks

of course you can bore out the TB, just take it to a machine shop and they will do it for you, it will be better if you match port the IM too

Generally 4mm over stock size is the biggest you can go.
I'm running a 63 and it seems pretty good
