she just hit my car in her explorer , the entire drivers side quarter panel is smashed in pretty bad. my and my dad can prolly push alot out since its the middle fo the quarter panel, but theres obviously gonna be alot of work fromt he body shop to get it right. my cars a 94 and the paint isnt very good so i talked my dad into having the entire car repainted, she takes the tab.

If she's gonna pay for the whole paint job, then why not?? Go out and get a 98+ front while you're at it!

 

lol i dunno if my parents will go for that. unless i buy the front end, which i am looking around. i might just go with a mugen style lip and a 98+ rear bumper for now, and shave the moldings.

That sucks. My ex backed into my teg with an x5. I was pissed, but i'm gettin a jdm front end, so i don't mind that there is a little dent.

ugh im pissed. i was about to buy the last parts needed for turbo, but now that itneeds to be fixed im gonna buy my lip and ITR wing now, so turbo gets put on hold yet again.

also i noticed the gap between the door and QP is bigger as the entire quarter panel got pushed in. i hope they canget that gap back to normal. she must have hit me pretty hard, my entire car moved about 6 inches so the side

 

damn she fucked that up....if you pull it out and its still really bad the body shop might just cut and weld a new rear panel on

 

yea thats what i was thinking. but the dent is HUGE, but not really creased too bad so were gonna see how much we can pull out tomorrow. its still gonna need alot of work to get it OK.

well i took out my interior and banged alot of it out, but the whole area that was dented in is still messed up, so that whole area still needs repair....its still gonna be a shitload of work. funny thing is, today at work i was going over the idea of stripping it to the shell and repainting it with a JDM front, but unfortunately i dont want to do THAT much bodywork myself, and I dont have the moneyf or a jdm front yet

BTW does anyone have any pics of a 94-97 bumper witht he mugen style lip (or any lip)? there isnt much in the searches........i just wanna see what my baby will look like, and i have a feeling my car will have like 1 inch of ground clearance with a lip.

shes 16, she just backed out without looking. i think imma get a JDM rear hatch with ITR spoiler for 4250 at password JDM, its only $100 more than the spoiler itself, plus its JDM y0.
