Well, I am in the process of doing my swap and i take off my front bumper and look what i found.

and yes i looked the car up on carfax, and the previous owner told me it was never in a wreck

but on a different note, what is this plug? and why do i not have one on the b16?

Can't help with the plug, but ain't that a bitch (the dent). Did you pick the car up from a dealer, or a private seller?

btw, here is the parts truck that we have used to go get whatever we needed so far. Not to mention its my current transportation for while i have no car

 

I would go get your frame inspected at a body shop. If it is bent, which I doubt, you can sue the seller.

 

you think i can get that pulled out or replaced? and what is a guess at cost?

 

The plug is the CKF sensor...an OBD1 or JDM engine will not have it.

 

crank angle position sensor or knock sensor

That is just the bumper support. It can be unbolted and replaced.

it's the crank position sensor. Don't need that with a OBD1 ecu or with Hondata

Anyway, i ended up taking it to a bodyshop and they said the chassis is straight, car still has the original radiator support, and there are no signs of a hard impact. Thank god.
