hole in piston
well i finally figured out what happened to my lude... after 2 weeks honda finally tore down the motor to the block and revealed a hole in the top of the piston... does anyone know what caused that to happen???? And how much is a new short block, im just curious because its under warrenty and there throwing a new one in for free..... thanks

They're about that expensive. Try ordering a brand new tranny from the dealer and see what you get. LOL
A hole in the top of the piston could be anything. Although, I don't know the whole background. Were you spraying? Or just driving around and all of the sudden it just went kaput?
If it just crapped out, that's really wierd.
