You really need to go through the motor and see if you need parts like new pistons and bearings. That's high dollar stuff that you don't need to replace if the parts are still within spec. And a crankshaft pulley? Unless yours is damaged, that's not a part that you'd ever need to change.

Is there a reason you're rebuilding? Does the motor have a specific problem?

call LEN at baranco acura/honda and I am sure he can get you better pricing.
he has a thread in the BEST BUYS forum.

and yep rebuilds cost money... mainly on bearings, oversize pistons and rings, new seals and refreshing parts like fuel injectors as well.

well the reason i thought i should rebuild was cuz i got challenged by another crx on the highway, he had better acceleration then me, till the top and we both topped out at about 210km/h with a flat distance between us...
he had a stock straw pipe exhaust, dunno what he had under the hood, he claimed nothin special...

sad thing is i have i/h/e might not be the best parts on the market, and my gear box might be worn but WTF...
