NO more SMOG test!!

i will change my address into kitsap county in wa!!
time to have gutted cat..
i love washington state

come on..
i have taken 8 emission in tacoma, and failed 5...
i also got an emission test last tuesday.. failed..
i dont know where you are, but not in tacoma or seattle maybe..
anyway happy about it!!
