...this is actually a GSR header. It lacks a bracket which the ITR header has, but it works well on an ITR regardless.

Here's a pic of the header.



You can't run the ITR tranny to block support bracket with this header.

how much hp would you actually gain going with a smsp header and exhuast over stock?

you mentioned you cant run the ITR block to tranny support. would you be able to run it if it were a ITR SMSP header???

About 14whp I think. But again, you can get it brand new specifically for the type-r for the same price.

yeah i know there is more info i was just wondering if there was anybody in here that could give a ballpark number on this, stock everything just puttin the smsp header/exhuast on

if memory serves, i think the test ITR made 190/136 during the "Great Header Test"

baseline was 176/126

a friend of mine put down 187 w/ just the header and exhuast. Everything else was bone stock.
