Default Turbo Charge a 93 Honda Accord LX 2.2L

I have a 93 Accord LX 2.2L and I want to turbo it. What kind of power can the this stock block (2.2L) internals handle. Including pistons, valve tran, drive tran, etc.

sorry to tell you but i've been looking around for that info too and their arent many 4th genners u can find that has gone turbo. most have opt'd for h22a or n2o. if you go to hondasociety.com u'll find in the 4th gen forum a long post on turbo and if u do searchs u'll find some info.

From what i've learned, a turbo a4/a6 will get around the same gains as an f22b2. I think the only diff is the turbo manifold, as the b2's mani goes 0 00 0 and the 4gens go 0 0 0 0.

As far as stock block, i think it allows up to 10psi daily ( provided you have proper tuning ). The numbers i've seen range in 200-250whp for these f22 motors on a stock block ( granted these number were from use with HONDATA and without ).

If you include a built block well then you can boost as much as the thing will hold. I've seen dyno's of built turbo h22's in the 500whp range, so a built f22 turbo shouldn't be THAT much far behind ( plz don't start a war of h22 vs f22, i was just trying to post an example ).

BTW use the search feature and look on everything you can find on f22 turbos. Then as some specific questions you may have. Other guys should chime in and help you.
