Default looking for the most bang for my buck on a motor swap

I am looking for the best priced motor swap for an n/a setup in my 91 hatch. I would also like to be able to hit mid 13's constantly. Id rather save the 3-4k by not going turbo and put that into pistons/rods,cams, ecu,ect.... Just let me know what motor you think i should run

180 at the wheel is kinda weak i think but does anyone have a link for me to get a price on a swap and get all the specs on the B20?

Hahaha.. thats funny. Peak numbers are stupid anyways.

Do a search for b20 vtec and crvtec on yahoo, here, and other message forums. Come back in a few hours.
