Default part number on cams...

Hey guys,
I got some cams laying around. I think they are type S but not sure... On the end they have an import number scribed on them and it says. "CT RA290" They fit in a H22 head, but I just want to see what kind of cams they are. I know measuring would be easiest, but I don't have the money to go buy one of those tools. The type s cams are Part Number p5p, but should this actually be onthe came some where? The only things I find on the cam, besides they scribes I mentioned are a letter B and a letter J. The exaust cam has a J, J on opposites sides of the cam inbetween the lobes. The intake has J,B on opposite sides inbetween the lobes. I will try to get pics.
Thanks,
Josh
