f#cked for life !
This week it happend
Micster and I both took our EE9's to circuit... we were always talking about and finally we done it... Circuit was in Zolder, Belgium
I did about 25 laps, Micster did around 40 laps... I had 1 f#ck up and locked my front wheels while braking for the Gilles Villeneuve chicane... did not stop until i was 10m in gravel up to my axels
... No real damage taken

We did outrun the new Mini Cooper S (prepped for the circuit) on the straight but in corners we less bodyroll and a stiffer setup

you gotta do this on the track, that way if the headlight were to break, the glass wouldnt go all over the road, causing ppl to run over it. the tape just keeps the glass together if it were to break apart.
nice pics by the way, and nice hatch's

Im pretty sure they do this so the glass does not shatter if they get into a accident.

how come the other cars dont have electriacl tape on their headlights. and if a light shatter do really think electrical tape would hold .. i dont think so.. i only say this because im a low voltage tech and i know the limits of electric tape.
I swear those have got to be the nicest looking 1988-1991 Civics I've seen in a long time.
So did anyone else notice the rocker trims/sideskirts along the bottoms of those Civics?
To me that makes the cars look so much better.
So let me ask you guys somethings if you don't mind:
Is the red trim inside of the moldings on that dark Green hatch stock?
Are the side skirts O.E Honda pieces, and if so can you score any at your local Euro junkyards if you have those?
I've seen the skirts once before on a RHD JDM Civic hatchback, but they didn't strike me like those on the cars pictured in this thread.
Thanks for any help guys!
