ok this question is for you guys that have done an h22 swap into your accords. i dont have much experience with accords, but when you did your swap did you use your stock alternator, or did you use one off an h22? are they the same (i know obd1 and obd2 are different plugs) but is the alternator and the way it bolts up the same?

 

It does bolt up but you need to lengthen the wires cause the route of the wires on the F22 and the H22 are different so you need to add about 1 inch to it.

i didnt have to extend anything with my 94 accord

 

i had to make some wires longer on my 96 ex wagon and i got rid of my cruise control

 

used the old alternator on the h22 bracket. wires reached fine. kept cruise control. '92 lx.

 

i had to use a power steering pump from a integra dont ask why the person helping me wit my swap did it i just suggest anyone doin a swap period make sure you have all the parts you need dont be like me and rush stuff it makes more headaches in the long run..........and also i had to buy a stock drivers side prelude motor mount cause my h22 didnt have one cause u need that mount and the rest stayed the stock accord mounts
