Default Camshaft Upgrades...

Was reading some stuff today on Camshaft upgrading. Was curious as to whether
changing the camshafts makes your VTEC kick in harder and louder??

If you want a harder kick and louder vtec then run open header and open throttle body.

Raise your vtec as high as it can get...that will give you a kick in the pants.

good call, but I kinda like where Honda put VTEC when they designed the motor. I jsut thought perhaps since ITRs and CTRs have a little stronger engagement when hitting VTEC, that throwing in some of those cams or after market ones in my SIRII might make my ears ring a bit more.

On a serious note, a smoother vtec transition is best.
