i am not sure but i am going to say no. usually and i say usually different series are not interchangeable. like b and d series, other than like injectors throttle bodies, etc. but heads i wouldn't think would work out.

With that being said..Here's something to consider.... F20B (Accord SIR-T / Blue valve cover) uses the same head as the head.. If anything.. it's H22.
