suspension damage?
well i know that my front crossmember is bent and i think that my lower control arm is bent to. can i get a crossmember off a donor car from a wrecking yard. if so how does it come off? this happend when i spun out and hit a curb with my front wheel.
for the front x-member you need to pull the 4 bolts that hold it to the chassis, the 2 bolts that hold the radius rods to the x-member and you will need to pull the bolt for the front tranny mount.
it isn't too hard to pull.

Sorry to hi jack thread but I had the same problem except my front cross member is fine the damage was to the LCA and the other cross member(I'm not sure if this is the correct term) The one right under the rack and pinion the one that holds the LCA s and the rear motor mount. Can this be replaced with out removing the motor or tranny? What else should I check for damage, if you look at my car from the side where the suspension was hit the wheel looks like it was pushed back(towards rear of the car) and is almost rubbing on the fender. It also seems like my rack and pinion got damaged from absorbing the impact. Help! I miss driving my ED and Its only been a week.

yup. Make sure you have a deep 17mm socket to remove the radius rod nuts.
