Default Coolant leak?

Has anybody ever had a coolant leak in their Integra from putting too much coolant in the overflow resovoir? I have a coolant leak under the car, but it looks like it is under the tranny for some reason. Can't seem to find where it is coming from. My overflow resevoir is filled past the max point.

Have you messed around with your coolant lines near the IM?

Yes! I have messed with those coolant lines and the fluid leaked down onto the boot for the tie rod and when I went to put the car through inspection, the idiot that inspected my car saw fluid on the boot and failed it and told me I needed a new rack and pinion. I ******* hate redneck mechanics. Anyways, I found the coolant leak. It's my water pump. Getting a B16A1 soon anyway.

Actually, lol @ me. I found out that there was a leak in the rack and pinion, but it was so small that it was only noticeable after driving for a few days. So I failed inspection and getting the rack and pinion fixed. I guess it is a good thing I am getting it fixed in case I decide to remove the pump. Then I would probably be dead.

I can say lol @ the guy I bought the car from. It is a 1990 Integra GS hatchback 5-speed with 227k on it and there is nothing else wrong with the car and I got it for 600 bucks. Getting a swap soon anyway . Thanks for your input anyway!
