Has anyone ever had a problem with this?? The axel jus wont come out the brake assembly! We've tried to knock it out with a mallot, hammer, and even a sledge hammer and its not going anywhere and we also jus tried to pry it out but no luck. Anyone have any suggestions or know what to do??
don't mean to be an *** but did you take the axle nut off before you tried to bang it? if you have then since I see you're in Va which has plenty of humidity (I lived there for about a year) there's going to be some rust on the axles side that goes into the hub. I suggest you soak the axle part in wd-40 or any penetration fluid to get it loose enough then use a big mallot against the head of the axle.
What is BP buster? Is that like PB Blaster? PB Blaster is the most awesome penetrant ever, it creeps into the threads and bolts break loose like magic.
I recently read about a product called "Aero Kroil" it's supposed to be better than PB Blaster. I dunno if that's possible, never had anything not come loose with PB Blaster unless it was totally rotted away. Definitely try it if you haven't already.

I had an axle like that on a car I did a swap into, the axle was seized up in the hub. I guess the splines were just dry and rusty, but we tried pb blaster, heating it, air chisel, sledge hammer with no luck. Finally my dad made a tool at work that took care of the job. Basiclly he cut out a circle of 1/2 steel, made 4 holes in it for the wheel studs. So you could bolt this thing down using the lug nuts, in the center he made a larger hole and welded in one huge a$$ nut, he brought home a huge bolt that threaded into and slowly pushed the axle out. Worked great
i had the same problem. I kept hitting it, and it wouldnt come out. I ended up spraying pb blaster on it for a couple of seconds, waited about 5 minutes, sprayed some more pb blaster on it. then used this tool from autozone to screw it out. If possible when you're using the tool, have a friend hold the brake assembly and push it away from the axle.

i'd suggest just to use pb blaster, if you have a pickle fork and a hammer try to wedge that in there then break it loose w/ the hammer its what i had to do on a 90 teg.. there just a pain in the *** once they get rusted in there...

Ha that tool doesn't always work, we wrecked the hell out of that tool, we ended up having to grind up a new end for it because the axle destroyed the tip.

yeah, the other axle came out easily. but the driver side is a pain. we beat the hell out of it and mushroomed the head. Anyways, looks like we'll have to cut the axle

maybe a dumb comment but is the wheels turned at all? IF so, the axle may not be at the right angle to come out. Also, sometimes if you take the fork off of the bottom of the shock, it makes you more able to make the axle completly horizontal, sometimes that's all it needs to come out OR BACK IN!!!
maybe another dumb comment but won't the axle NOT come out if the car is in gear?????????
