Has anyone done this and what does it take to do it? Is it as easy as just buying a recaro bracket and bolting it up or do I have to drill new holes for the seats to line up?

 

Get 2 bars from any hardware store, mount it on some washers so you have room to bolt up your stock rails...use washers again to level the seats. Get the heavy duty nuts, bolts and washers...I've had mine for a few months now and I autocross on them too.

Will these seats or USDM Recaro SRD's rub or hit the stock CRX armrest? I've heard that rumor before and am just curious to see if anyone knows if it's true?

 

Yes they will rub especially if you're using genuine Recaro brackets and sliders...as for mine, home made ghetto brackets, I moved the seats a bit the side to make room.
