Are there any good dyno shops with experiance in the pa, nj, southern ny area? A shop that has good experiance with Type R's...

Also what is a good shop to build an engine, N/A application...I mean fully built streetable R that doesn't have to be rebuilt all the time. pistons, rods, balanced/blueprinted, cams, titanium valve springs, cams, etc....Are there any shops like this? Atomic performance sounds good, but has anyone ever went to them? like a low 13 high 12 combination...
