clutches
Depends what youre looking for.
The Xtreme plate is a good deal stiffer and is rated to hold more power than the HD plate, which is great for most street cars. Unless you NEED the Xtreme, meaning either youre running a pretty serious setup or just want a stiffer pedal, I would stick to the HD plate.

i've got the HD pressure plate and really can't tell any difference in pedal pressure and it holds much tighter than stock....i kinda wish i would've gone with the Xtreme one though....i think i could'a handled that

i think clutchmaster's claim to fame is that they increase torque capacity without having to increase the stiffness of the pressure plate. so in all honesty and my no experience with CM clutches says that it wont be as stuff as XT series pp
i had the XTSS and my god i <3 that clutch... and my calf didn't get a workout... if you're a bitch, it might get kinda hard in traffic but for the most part i wouldn't trade that pressureplate/pedal stiffeness for the life of me.!
