Rebuilding a B16A1

Rebuilding a B16A1
anyone ever done this? do i use everything from a 99 Civic Si to rebuild?
I'm looking to replace:
Bearings
headgasket
cam seals
oil pan gasket
valve cover gasket
piston rings
rear main seal
front seal
intake manifold gasket
water pump
timing belt
spark plugs
While i'm doing all that, i'll probably add some cams and cam gears, but, i'd like to just rebuild the engine so it'll last longer than another used engine.

cam seals, HG, oil pan G, rear main, front seal, t belt, w pump, IM gasket, are all from the Del Sol Vtec
Plugs are NGK 5724 BKR6E-N-11, I think del sol vtec
The other 2 should be Del Sol vtec also, but I can not verify. Ryan
