Default Vertical Door/Lamborghini Style Door Conversion Kits

I am looking into doing this on my 98 GSR. Has anyone done this or heard of this being done other than professionally? I don't want to have to pay a shop money if I can do it myself.....Thanks.

I vote against it. There are better things to spend your money on.

I didn't ask if you guys like it....I don't really give two ***** what your opinions are. If I decide to spend my money on this then that's my choice....who said that I don't already have a Lamborghini parked in my garage at home??? none of you know me.

All I want to know is how hard it is to take the doors off and install these brackets myself.

**** a flame suit....you ******** would flame me if I asked about a jdm front end conversion

Cant you see that no one is into your Lambo style doors. Go ruin your car on your own time. Were not a bodyshop..they'll be able to give you a more accurate opinion or estimate on what it takes and how much it is. Seems to me ...like your just being an attention *****.

Yea, if the JDM front end was like on a minivan or something.

JDM front end = integra

Lambo doors = lambo.

I'm not going to flame, but I can tell you that the majority of HT is not into these types of mods. And if you did a search, you'd see that it's been asked a number of times, w/most people stating that it's no worth it. It's your car and your money, but it's not something most of HT thinks is a good idea. And if you asked about a JDM ITR front end conversion, you'd get plenty of positive answers, as many individuals on HT have purchased/installed one.

This is what bothers me. Everytime someone asks about doing some type of ridiculous modification, that HT see's as a waste of time/money, somebody has to chime in that it's because it's not "JDM." Look around a little, this msg board is more about performance, than looks. A lot of people here don't even like the "JDM" look that everybody is bitching about, they like clean cars that are simple, and have a purpose other than sitting on a carpet with show trophy's in front of it. If you don't like it, why post here? Not flaming, I'm just curious. If we're "hopeless" as you stated, then why not go to ClubSi or another board more related to aesthetics?

do it if the car is gonna chill in the garage all the time..
if its for a daily driven car, don't do it. it messes with the safety of your car. Having the kit on will take away the stuctural integrity of the door. if you look at your door hinges, they are bulky for a reason.

so show car-

Uhh...do people like you say things like that to purposely sound like a ****** dumbass? Maybe, and keep in mind this is all speculation, you don't see where their money went because it's in THEIR ENGINE. Or they've spent money making their car look sleek and CLEAN.

But wow, yeah...H-T really has its priorities fucked up. All engine mod money should've been spent on a gay *** neon paint job, Z3 fenders, and Lambo doors. Let everyone know j00 uH sTuNnA, with the taste of 15 year old.

Good point, not everyone is into putting looks before performance/suspension

you drive an integra not a lambo . Why don't you do something useful with your car instead of making it look like ****.

What if I already have everything done to it possible??? For all you know I could already have a fully built motor w/ a turbo pushing out 500+ whp, and a suspension that is fully customizable for racing, w/ every other conceivable mod that you ******** can think of. Why don't you all just shut the **** up about these damn lamborghini doors. I don't care if you like them or not, all I want to know is how hard it is to take the doors off. Also, I wanted to see if anyone else had done them and how easy the bolt on hinges were.

If I wanted all of your ******* opinions I would have put a poll, or straight up asked you what you all think. I like them, that's all that matters
