can i use 88-89 teg ecu for mpfi swap?
i got everything i needed for the swap, yesterday i tested my ecu to my friends hf and it didnt work properly. the idle was rough, the magic question is will it work with my crx dx mpfi swap? thanks.

if you plugged a PG7 into an HF...then yeah the idle would more than likely be rough.
if your using the Si manifold with your MPFI then yes that ECU will work. some say it will run rich and some say that the PG7 is the same as the PM6 only a higher fuel cutoff. ???

hell no
PG7 and PM6 are totally diff fuel maps and ign timing...
PM6 was design with a SOHC fuel map and 6800 redline
the PG7 has a DOHC fuel map its more agressive and has a 7200 redline...
they perform totally diff...... i had a PM6 and when i swaped the aPG7 i noticed a totatlly diff world on acceleration
