Car has been in storage all winter and it just started leaking oil w/o being driven?

Car has been in storage all winter and it just started leaking oil w/o being driven?
My car has been stored all winter and I have been doing body mods not touching the engine except for an intake ....... My car has run perfect and never leaked a damn thing. I left for 3 weeks to college, get back look under the car and it is leaking oil and transmission fluid. Any ideas why this might be if it has not been run outside my garage?
